What are the sizes of paint buckets
发布时间:
2024-03-26
The paint buckets on the surface generally have various sizes and sizes, which makes it difficult to choose. So what are the sizes of the paint buckets? Let's take a look with me below. 1. What are the sizes of paint buckets? 1. If the capacity of the paint bucket is 20 liters, the diameter of the paint bucket is generally 58.7 cm, the height is generally 92 cm, and the wall thickness is not less than 6 mm. 2. If the capacity of the paint bucket is 18 liters, the diameter of the paint bucket is generally 35 cm, and the height is generally 48.5 cm. 3. If the capacity of the paint bucket is 5 liters, then the diameter of the paint bucket is generally 18.5 cm, and the height is generally 36 cm.
What iron is generally used for paint bucket canning machines
Tinplate is an iron sheet plated with a layer of tin on the surface, which is not easy to rust, also known as tin-plated iron. This kind of plated steel plate has been called "tinplate" for a long time in China. Some people think that it is called "tinplate" because the tinplate used for making cans at that time was imported from Macau, Guangdong Province (the English name Macau can be read as horse mouth). There are also other sayings. For example, in the past, China used this tin-plated sheet to make the lamp cap of the kerosene lamp, which was shaped like a horse mouth, so it was called "tinplate". The name "tinplate" is not precise, therefore, the name was changed to tinplate at the China Tinplate Conference in 1973, and the name "tinplate" is no longer used in official documents. In tinplate, Sn is the coating, and tinplate is also called tin-plated iron. Tinplate is a common name for electroplated tin steel sheet. Tin mainly plays a role in preventing corrosion and rust. It combines the strength and formability of steel with the corrosion resistance, solderability and beautiful appearance of tin into one material, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, non-toxicity, high strength and good ductility.
How to open the paint bucket What are the skills of using the paint bucket
How to open the paint bucket What are the tips for applying the paint bucket Paint belongs to a very common type of wall paint. In the case of application, a lot of paint is generally bought, but many friends of the paint bucket will not know how to open it. If it wants to open the paint bucket, it must pay attention to the actual way to prevent it from being opened incorrectly and affect its normal application, so how to open the paint bucket? What are the tips for applying paint buckets? Let's take a look at the professional knowledge below. How to open a paint bucket How to open the paint bucket: 1) Use a screwdriver to pry the lower interface of the paint bucket lid. Note that you only need to smash half, not all of them. 2) Then open the lid forty-five degrees. The underside of the lid is generally a rubber pad with sealing, which does not need to be cut. It is important to ensure the sealing. The better the sealing, the longer the storage time. 3) If the cover is difficult to open, you can rely on special tools such as screwdrivers and needle-nose pliers.
What are the canning processes?
The canned sterilization process has strict requirements, and there are different process curves for different varieties. According to the time sequence, it can be divided into four stages: heating, heating, heat preservation and cooling. At present, most canned sterilization adopts the method of steam heating and cold water cooling. The main equipment adopts sterilizer. The requirements for the sterilization process are as follows. 1. Pre-heating stage: the material needs to be rapidly heated by steam circulation, and the temperature in the kettle is required to rise to 100°C to 106°C within 5 to 6 minutes. 2. Heating stage: let the temperature in the kettle rise at a certain rate, and it will rise to 127℃ in about 10min, and the corresponding steam pressure will reach 1X105Pa. 3. Insulation stage: keep the temperature of the kettle at 121 °C, and keep the steam pressure in the kettle at 1X105Pa. The holding time varies with the variety of materials, generally ranging from 15 to 30 minutes. 4. Cooling stage: reduce the temperature of the kettle from 121℃ to below 40℃ within a certain period of time. A very important requirement at this stage is to keep the pressure in the kettle basically unchanged, but while adding cold water to cool the kettle, the pressure in the kettle is often greatly affected. Once a large amount of cold water is injected into the kettle, the pressure will rapidly increase The decline needs to be controlled in time.
What are the commonly used sterilization methods for canned food
The methods of canned sterilization include heat sterilization, flame sterilization, radiation sterilization and high pressure sterilization, etc. The most widely used is still heat sterilization. Commonly used sterilization methods include intermittent static high pressure sterilization, intermittent static atmospheric pressure sterilization, and continuous atmospheric pressure sterilization. Moreover, small cans can be directly cooled by atmospheric pressure when pasteurized. However, when cans with a diameter of 102mm or more are sterilized at temperatures above 116 degrees Celsius, and cans with a diameter of <102mm are sterilized at temperatures above 121 degrees Celsius, they need to be cooled by back pressure cooling.
What is the detailed process of the paint production process?
Paint production process: 1. Ingredients The ingredients are done in two batches. First, the grinding color paste is prepared according to a certain ratio of pigment/base material/solvent to make it have the best grinding efficiency; after dispersion and grinding, the remaining components are supplemented according to the color paint formula, and then dispersed and mixed. The ingredients should be weighed accurately. 2. Scatter The effect of pigment dispersion in paint on the performance of paint: First, the color paint first requires uniform color. If the pigment is not uniformly dispersed in the paint, the color of the paint film will be different, which will affect the decorative purpose. Second, the pigment is a solid, and its specific gravity is generally greater than that of the paint. If it is mixed and dispersed unevenly in the paint, it will precipitate and agglomerate during storage. Third, the color paint is applied to form a film, and the general film thickness can reach below 20 μm. If the pigment agglomerates are too large, if they are not dispersed to a suitable size, the paint film will be rough and uneven and affect the gloss. Therefore, the uniform dispersion of the pigment is very important. Dispersion is to mix the prepared pigment and paint to make the pigment initially wet and disperse, and also prepare for the next grinding. 3. Grinding The grinding process is under the action of shearing force, the pigment agglomerates and the pigment itself coagulate and the air bubbles contained in it are shredded and discharged, and the larger powder particles are ground into the specified fineness. Obtain a pigment in the paint dispersed evenly fine color paste. Grinding equipment mainly includes sand mill, ball mill, three-roller and so on. Different grinding equipment has different grinding process parameters. Grinding viscosity: three-roller>ball mill>sand mill Grinding fineness: three-roller>sand mill>ball mill Grinding efficiency: sand mill>ball mill>three-roller Easy to clean: three-roller>ball mill>sand mill 4. Paint mixing Paint mixing is the process of mixing color paste with resin solution, solvent, auxiliary and other components required for coating with stirring equipment to prepare color paint. The paint mixing equipment can use a container with stirring. 4. Filtration The purpose of the filtration process is to remove unground pigment particles and impurities, patent leather, etc. mixed in the production process. Filtration equipment mainly consists of plate and frame filters, centrifugal filters, bag filters, etc.
