The canned sterilization process has strict requirements, and there are different process curves for different varieties. According to the time sequence, it can be divided into four stages: heating, heating, heat preservation and cooling. At present, most canned sterilization adopts the method of steam heating and cold water cooling. The main equipment adopts sterilizer. The requirements for the sterilization process are as follows. 1. Pre-heating stage: the material needs to be rapidly heated by steam circulation, and the temperature in the kettle is required to rise to 100°C to 106°C within 5 to 6 minutes. 2. Heating stage: let the temperature in the kettle rise at a certain rate, and it will rise to 127℃ in about 10min, and the corresponding steam pressure will reach 1X105Pa. 3. Insulation stage: keep the temperature of the kettle at 121 °C, and keep the steam pressure in the kettle at 1X105Pa. The holding time varies with the variety of materials, generally ranging from 15 to 30 minutes. 4. Cooling stage: reduce the temperature of the kettle from 121℃ to below 40℃ within a certain period of time. A very important requirement at this stage is to keep the pressure in the kettle basically unchanged, but while adding cold water to cool the kettle, the pressure in the kettle is often greatly affected. Once a large amount of cold water is injected into the kettle, the pressure will rapidly increase The decline needs to be controlled in time.

Paint production process: 1. Ingredients The ingredients are done in two batches. First, the grinding color paste is prepared according to a certain ratio of pigment/base material/solvent to make it have the best grinding efficiency; after dispersion and grinding, the remaining components are supplemented according to the color paint formula, and then dispersed and mixed. The ingredients should be weighed accurately.  2. Scatter The effect of pigment dispersion in paint on the performance of paint: First, the color paint first requires uniform color. If the pigment is not uniformly dispersed in the paint, the color of the paint film will be different, which will affect the decorative purpose.  Second, the pigment is a solid, and its specific gravity is generally greater than that of the paint. If it is mixed and dispersed unevenly in the paint, it will precipitate and agglomerate during storage. Third, the color paint is applied to form a film, and the general film thickness can reach below 20 μm. If the pigment agglomerates are too large, if they are not dispersed to a suitable size, the paint film will be rough and uneven and affect the gloss. Therefore, the uniform dispersion of the pigment is very important. Dispersion is to mix the prepared pigment and paint to make the pigment initially wet and disperse, and also prepare for the next grinding. 3. Grinding The grinding process is under the action of shearing force, the pigment agglomerates and the pigment itself coagulate and the air bubbles contained in it are shredded and discharged, and the larger powder particles are ground into the specified fineness. Obtain a pigment in the paint dispersed evenly fine color paste. Grinding equipment mainly includes sand mill, ball mill, three-roller and so on. Different grinding equipment has different grinding process parameters. Paint mixing Paint mixing is the process of mixing color paste with resin solution, solvent, auxiliary and other components required for coating with stirring equipment to prepare color paint. The paint mixing equipment can use a container with stirring. 4. Filtration The purpose of the filtration process is to remove unground pigment particles and impurities, patent leather, etc. mixed in the production process. Filtration equipment mainly consists of plate and frame filters, centrifugal filters, bag filters, etc.
