Advantages

 

  • One key auto adjustment for can height, also servo auto adjustment for tinplate feeding paw width, feeding table, pushing can device and production speed, to solve the difficulty of frequent replacement on can height during production.
  • Adopt up sucking model to avoid double tinplates, auto rolling by servo to put tinplates right position, X model big cylinder hydraulic elevator to ensure tinplate feeding fast and stable, double feeding store system to ensurenon stop production by 10% more efficiency.
  • The rolling machine adopts rolling kneading form which applies to wider range of plates and makes the rolling process smoother. Besides, this form avoids scratch on the surface and solves shaping problem of thin plates. The upper and lower steel shaft equally use needle bearing which prolongs the life span. The design of greasing at one spot makes maintenance more convenient.
  • Adopt stable variable control system and speed servomotor on can feeding and pushing for welding; adopt servo motor welding machine in parallel with two SMC rod-less cylinder tensioning for copper wire system to ensure that can distance is between 2-3mm, it can guarantee the welding quality at front end of the welding seam and save the consumption of cooper wire.
  • Adopt big diameter Φ140 Zirconia Ceramics Roller, double oil turbine gearbox, IKO taper rller bearing, to ensure the front stable welding line, also save copper wire during production
  • Pneumatic Lifting to open can feeding cage, easy to operate during production.
  • With new variable frequency inverted welding technology to make a perfect welding seam.
  • Adopt four-bar mechanism with large-bore cylinder to ensure stable lifting and accurate transition position of can catching.
  • With high frequency induction curing system, it saves more than 80% energy compared to traditional ones; Venting and exhausting system is adopted to comply with requirement for environment protection and optimize production environment.
  • System is stable and reliable thanks to the electronic components of international renowned brands such as Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, SMC, etc.
  • Man-machine interface is in English & Chinese and every module parameter is stored to facilitate easy operation. There is also failure auto-diagnosis function which is reliable and easy to operate.
